Engagement buzz in air as Kylie celebrates birthday in Rome with Andres

The radiant smile doesn't seem to have left Kylie Minogue's lips since she met model boyfriend Andres Velecoso last autumn. And she's unlikely to stop beaming anytime soon if claims by a British magazine that the lovebirds are secretly engaged are to be believed.
While her spokesman has denied any knowledge of an immiment wedding announcement, there's no doubt the pop diva has looked gloriously happy recently. In Cannes, when asked about the handsome Spaniard, a more than usually effervescent Kylie enthused to the Australian Daily Telegraph : "He's lovely, amazing. I'm a very lucky girl".
A few days later the couple were in Rome so 31-year-old Andres could watch the Barcelona football team take the glory in their Champions League match against Manchester United.
The pair's visit coincided with Kylie's 41st birthday on Thursday, a milestone which may have prompted the hunk to whisk his girlfriend off for lunch at the city's chic Dal Bolognese restaurant.
The relationship has certainly moved quickly since they were introduced at a party thrown by Dita Von Teese in October 2008. In February, after having met each other's families in Australia and Spain, Andres moved into the singer's London home. Since then Kylie has apparently been taking Spanish lessons and started house-hunting with him in Spain.
