Amy Winehouse and Blake Fielder-Civil's turbulent love affair will be officially over in the next few weeks.

The jazz chanteuse is being divorced by her estranged husband, with a judge expected to award him a decree nisi at the Family Division of the High Court in London on Thursday.

Court documents show Blake is filing for divorce, though the reason is not yet known. He is expected to cite adultery, after pictures emerged of Amy getting cosy with another man while on holiday in St Lucia.

It's also unclear as to whether Blake - who started divorce proceeding in January while he was serving a prison sentence - will stake a claim on her £10 million fortune.

The couple will have to wait six weeks and a day for the divorce to become final, according to British marriage laws.

A spokesperson for 25-year-old Amy said: "She is ready to move on following the end of the marriage. Amy has not had any contact with Blake for months and is focusing on the future. She is finishing her album and in good health."

The Black To Black singer married former grammar school boy Blake in 2007 in an intimate ceremony in Miami, Florida.

They met in a Camden pub, and their turbulent relationship provided the inspiration for many of Amy's hit songs, including Tears Dry On Their Own.

She arrived back in London this week after eight months in the Caribbean, looking healthier than when she left.

As well as working on her third album, the brunette singer is preparing to launch her record label which is expected to release its first album - the work of her 13-year-old goddaughter Dionne Bromfield - later this year.
