Britney Spears shares 'throwback' photo showing off her toned body in revealing stage costume

07 JUNE 2013

Britney Spears turned back the clock this week and shared a photograph of herself taken almost a decade ago. The superstar posted a picture for her millions of Twitter followers to see showing her on stage in a racy outfit under the hashtag 'TBT' — Throwback Thursday.

The snap shows Britney in her pre-motherhood days during her 2004 Onyx Hotel Tour. Her famously toned figure is clear to see in the revealing pink and black lingerie ensemble with fishnet tights.

"This was one of my fav tour outfits! What are some of yours?," the pop icon wrote in an accompanying message.

Britney has been working hard to ensure she looks her very best ahead of her first Las Vegas residency.

The 31-year-old has been regularly hitting the gym to keep her athletic figure in top condition. She has also revealed she is doing 90 minutes of yoga twice a week, in addition to lots of cardio with her personal trainer.

It hasn't been all work and no play for Britney, who is currently dating new boyfriend David Lucando.

Recently she headed back to her home town of Kentwood, Louisiana to catch up with her family. While there, she went to watch her niece Maddie perform in a dance recital for the Lemoine Academy of Dance in Hammond.

The smiling star happily mingled with locals as she enjoyed the show along with her younger sister Jamie Lynn. According to onlookers, she was singing along when one young dancer performed a routine to her hit single, Toxic.

At the end of the show, Britney reportedly then went on stage herself to present one of the dance teachers with a bouquet of flowers and congratulate the children.
