Beyoncé steals the show at V Festival with new blonde bob

18 AUGUST 2013 Beyoncé stole the show on Saturday night when she headlined the V Festival.

The pop songstress debuted a new sleek blonde bob as she belted out her classic hits and famous impressive dance moves in front of the festival goers at Hylands Park in Essex.

Wearing a dazzling array of outfits, she treated thousands of fans to favourite songs such as Irreplacable, Crazy in Love and Single Ladies.

Her high-energy set saw her make several costume changes – including a glittering white leotard, a fringed leopard print minidress and a sparkly purple catsuit – all of which flaunted her fantastic figure.

The 31-year-old mum-of-one closed her career-spanning set with Halo before leaving the stage to rapturous applause from the crowds.

Beyoncé is keeping fans guessing with her haircuts at the moment. Last week she shocked fans by chopping off her long luscious hair in favour of a bold new pixie cut.

Jay Z's wife posted several pictures on her Instagram last Wednesday to show off her brand new look .

It was the first time since the beginning of the star's career that she had had such a drastic hair change. She normally just experiments with the colour, moving between light brown hues to various shades of blonde.

For now at least Beyoncé seems to have settled for a length that is in between the long style that fans are used and the drastic chop that she debuted last week.

She will play the second night of the V Festival on Sunday evening before continuing on her Mrs Carter World Tour in North America, South America and Australasia before finishing in New York just before Christmas.
