Madonna 'ecstatic' over reports she can take Mercy home to America

"All recommendations are in favour of the adoption taking place. Mercy should start packing her bags. She's off to America," said a source close to the adoption process. Madonna was forced to launch an appeal after a judge rejected her earlier application to become the little Malawian girl's legal guardian
