Geordie journalist Carole is no stranger to controversy, having voiced her strongly-held views in a weekly newspaper column. Married for the past 14 years to her Bosnian husband, the 47-year old commentator engaged in a memorable battle of words with fellow slimmer Anne Diamond during 2006's Celebrity Fit Club. She returned to the world of reality TV the following year, when she entered the Celebrity Big Brother house hoping to scoop an exclusive story. "Every journalist in the country wants to know more about Big Brother, so this is an absolute story for me and it's a test," she said.
