Dawn French

One of Britain's best-loved comics, Dawn has been raising a laugh since 1982. Her work with long-time collaborator Jennifer Saunders was enormously popular in the late Eighties, and she went on to find solo success with Murder Most Horrid and The Vicar Of Dibley. She also starred in Harry Potter And The Prisoner Of Azkaban. Dawn has an adopted daughter, Billie, with fellow comedian Lenny Henry to whom she has been married for 20 years.
