Famous for: Being touted as the next Keira Knightley
The daughter of acting parents, Eleanor first appeared in TV drama Falling opposite Michael Kitchen and Penelope Wilton. After this promising start, the East Yorkshire-raised girl went on to win substantial junior roles in Hollywood productions such as The Illusionist and Alice In Wonderland. In 2008 she scored her first leading part in Angus, Thongs And Perfect Snogging, directed by Bend It Like Beckham filmmaker Gurinder Chadha.
