Lancashire-born Maxine plays bleached blonde Veronica in dysfunctional family drama Shameless. Other small screen appearances include Dinner Ladies, a guest appearance on Dalziel And Pascoe and 2004's Christmas Lights opposite Robson Green. Her most recent role is that of Linda in the TV movie Faith, a riveting story of labour tensions in a small English mining town in the Eighties.
