Over the course of a lengthy and glittering career, Michael has become something of an institution in British life. His work on popular series like Crackerjack, Aspel And Company, This Is Your Life and The Antiques Roadshow, has made him one of the country"s most recognisable and popular TV personalities. Inducted into the Royal Television Society's Hall Of Fame a few years ago, he has also been awarded an OBE.
