As a member of the legendary Monty Python comedy troupe, Michael Palin became one of Britain's best-loved entertainers. And after its members went their separate ways, he made his mark in a number of big screen comedies, including A Fish Called Wanda and Fierce Creatures, before becoming the UK's best-travelled presenter with the globetrotting series Around The World In 80 Days and Pole To Pole
