One of Britain's most promising young actresses, Miranda Raison came to the attention of TV audiences through her role as Jo Portman in the popular espionage series Spooks. Before joining the ranks of MI5, the blue-eyed performer had already made her mark in the much-talked-about political drama The Deal. Her hopes of carving out a niche for herself on the big screen are also looking rosy after she appeared in Woody Allen's critically acclaimed drama Match Point.
