Princess Caroline holidays en famille with daughter Charlotte and her new boyfriend

28 AUGUST 2012 The summer holidays are always a very special time for Monaco's Princess Caroline when she spends long, lazy days cruising the Mediterranean aboard her yacht Pacha III with her four children.

This year is likely to be even more exciting as the glamorous royal party has been joined on their getaway by actor and comedian Gad Elmaleh who is dating her daughter Charlotte Casiraghi.

It's a sure sign that Caroline has accepted 41-year-old Gad, who is of Moroccan descent.

He is well known in his native France for starring in films such as Hors de Prix, a comedy with Audrey Tautou, a sort of Pretty Woman for the Noughties, and has appeared in international movies such as Woody Allen's Midnight in Paris. 

The charismatic Frenchman began seeing Charlotte, 26, after she ended a longterm relationship with British gallery owner Alex Dellal, who many had thought she would eventually marry.

One wedding that is most certainly going ahead for the clan is that between Caroline's son Andrea and Colombian heiressTatiana Santo Domingo, who is founder of fair trade clothing business Muzungu Sisters.

Her loose attire on the holiday off the island of Corsica has given rise to talk that she is expecting ahead of their marriage next year.

Caroline is also accompanied by her youngest son Pierre and his girlfriend Italian beauty Beatrice Borromeo, and Alexandra, 13, the daughter of her marriage to estranged husband Prince Ernst of Hanover.
