The Queen attends Epsom Derby straight from France

07 JUNE 2014 The Queen stepped out at the Epsom Derby on Saturday, fresh from her official three-day visit to France for the D-Day 70th anniversary commemorations.

Despite the number of engagements she had carried out in the days before the sporting event, Her Majesty showed no signs of tiredness as she strolled around the Surrey racecourse with her husband the Duke of Edinburgh.
