Barack and Michelle celebrate 20 years of marriage

No one who saw them gaze lovingly into each other's eyes as they shared that first dance on the night of his Inauguration - could doubt the strength of their union.

But Michelle says the last thing the couple want to project is the image of a flawless union. She would be happy, she says: "If my ups and downs, our ups and downs in our marriage can help young couples realise that good marriages take work."
