Since going their own ways, both Joachim and Alexandra appear to have found love again. Six months after the divorce, Alexandra, 42, became romantically involved with photographer Martin Jorgensen, 15 years her junior. Snapped on an Italian break in Tuscany, where Martin's parents have a holiday home, she looked radiant as they strolled hand-in-hand in the sunshine.
The pair first met during the filming of a television special to mark the princess' 40th birthday, and have been spotted together on numerous occasions. Alexandra also seems to have been keen to introduce her new beau to Nikolai and Felix, taking them with her on a Greek holiday where, according to onlookers, the boys appeared very much at ease with their mum's choice of boyfriend.
