Ronan Keating may be in Australia to film his new TV show, Love Child, but it hasn't been all work and no play for the Boyzone star. The 40-year-old, who will soon welcome a new baby with wife Storm, has been making the most of his time Down Under by exploring the sights of Bondi Beach and Sydney.

Documenting the trip on his Instagram account, Ronan first shared a photo from Bondi Beach, where he appeared to be at the iconic Icebergs swimming pool which sits at the southern end of the beach, surrounded by gorgeous golden sand and turquoise sea. "Oh Bondi ya little Beaut. Never gets tired," Ronan captioned a photo of his incredible view.

As well as filming his latest role, Ronan enjoyed a day out at the races at Day 1 of The Championships at Royal Randwick. Looking dapper for the occasion in a checked blazer and trousers, Ronan also performed the national anthem to the crowd. He told The Daily Telegraph Sydney that even if he hadn't have been performing he would have made it a priority to go for a day out, explaining: "I go to the races regularly when I'm down in Sydney so I would have been going with my mates anyway, we're going to have a day out racing and then sing a few tunes at the end of the day."
