Start with the ice cream. Whisk the egg yolks and sugar until creamy and pale. Heat the milk and cream in a pan, add the vanilla extract and pod and bring to the boil. 2.     Dish type: Starter Serves 4 Ingredients 4 sheets puff pastry 400g onion marmalade 200g Stilton 200g turkey, cooked 1 bunch rocket 100ml rapeseed oil Method 1. Preheat the oven to 220°C/Gas mark 7. Roll our the puff pastry sheets, cut a 22cm-diameter circle from each and place on baking trays. Cook for 10 minutes, then remove from the oven.
