• The Queen cancels Swansea visit due to illness

    The Queen has been forced to cancel an official visit to Swansea on Saturday. The monarch was due to head to the Welsh city to mark St David's Day, but is reportedly suffering with gastroenteritis. During the visit the Queen was to present leeks, the symbol of Wales' national day, to members of the 3rd Battalion but will now recuperate at Windsor Castle.     The third of One Direction's moving films made during their Red Nose Day visit to Africa will be shown on Saturday night.
