    Infanta Cristina of Spain has decided to waive her right to appeal against being summoned before a judge over her involvement in The Nóos Fraud Case. A statement issued by the royal's lawyers said that Cristina, 48, has "nothing to hide from either the investigating judge or Spanish society," and will voluntarily appear before Judge José Castro on 8 March.
