The event marked Michelle's first public appearance since her fiancé, John Dineen, tragically passed away last year. Barack Obama had the audience in stitches as he joked about Prince George greeting him at Kensington Palace while wearing a dressing gown. During his speech at the White House Correspondents' dinner on Saturday, the US President feigned offence at the little prince's attire, joking that it was a "breach of protocol."
