Ant McPartlin is set to appear in court to face his drink driving charge. The 42-year-old Britain's Got Talent host is due at Wimbledon Magistrates' Court on Monday 16 April. He is expected to plead guilty following his arrest last month after failing a breathalyser test. Ant was originally scheduled to appear in court on 4 April, however, his hearing was adjourned. It's not known exactly why Ant's court date was postponed – but it has been reported that the judges agreed to delay the hearing to give Ant more time to complete the 'intensive' phase of his rehab.
Ant McPartlin has been sentenced to a £86,000 fine, and banned from driving for 20 months after pleading guilty to drink driving during a hearing at Wimbledon Magistrates' Court. It's believed to be Britain's biggest ever drink driving fine. The 42-year-old TV presenter, who the court heard earns £130,000 a week, was dressed in a smart black suit and tie, and kept his head down as he walked past waiting members of the press as he arrived for the hearing shortly before 2pm on Monday 16th April. ITV have apologised to TOWIE star Ferne McCann after using a picture of her baby daughter Sunday during an ITV News segment about cot death. The snap which was used without consent, is the one Ferne chose to announce the birth of her baby girl back in November. The picture shows Sunday at just a few days old in a white babygrow with a crown logo embroidered on it. Although the image does not show the newborn's face, it is clear that ITV took the picture from the star’s Instagram page. The snap in question was used last month during
Tamzin Outhwaite is reportedly off the market. The EastEnders actress, 47, is believed to be in a relationship with a 26-year-old actor, called Tom Child - which comes four years after the star finalised her divorce from Miranda actor Tom Ellis. Despite the 21-year age-gap, Tamzin appears to be smitten, having already holidayed with the actor in the Maldives over Christmas. The pair

Gwyneth Paltrow made sure she celebrated her engagement to Brad Falchuk in style! And while the couple were joined by a number of famous faces at their celebratory party on Saturday, one guest's presence was perhaps a little surprising - Jennifer Aniston. The former Friends actress was previously married to Brad Pitt, who dated Gwyneth between 1994 and 1997 after meeting on the set of Se7en. Brad, now 54, popped the question to the Gwyneth in 1996, while he was filming Seven Years in Tibet in Argentina, but the couple split the following year. Ant McPartlin's lawyer has confirmed that the presenter's alcohol addiction was a factor in the breakdown of his marriage to wife Lisa Armstrong. On Monday, the 42-year-old appeared in court to plead guilty to drink driving after he failed a breathalyser test following a car accident in Richmond last month. The court heard that at the time of his arrest, Ant had 75mg of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath - twice the legal limit. During court proceedings as reported by Sky, Ant's lawyer explained: "He was receiving treatment for alcohol abuse at the time of the accident following
