    While most of Hollywood were busy celebrating at the Oscars, Ryan Reynolds and Blake Lively spent the film industry's biggest weekend very differently. Husband and wife took time out to visit some of the young patients staying on the Pediatric Unit of the Health Sciences North, a hospital in Ontario, Canada. Blake, 25, and Ryan, 36, made a very low-key visit to the facility where they happily posed for pictures with the children and their families.   • George Clooney scoops an award in Germany as Hollywood's A-list gets back to work

    Now that the Oscar celebrations are over, it's business as usual for Hollywood's A-list. And for some, that means more award ceremonies in other countries. After Argo was named Best Picture during Sunday's Academy Awards, one of the film's producers, George Clooney, headed to  Baden Baden, Germany for a different kind of ceremony. There, the 51-year-old was honoured with the German Media Award for his peace activist efforts and commitment to politics.
