    Prince Albert of Monaco turns 55 on 14 March – and celebrations should go down as some of the Monegasque royal's best. Albert and his South African-born wife Princess Charlene will be spending the landmark birthday in the Republic of Palau.     The royals arrived on Monday to begin an official tour of the tiny island country, located in the western Pacific Ocean.     Prince Charles isn't taking his diplomatic trip to the Middle East lightly.     Dressed smartly in a shirt, tie and navy blue blazer Prince Hisahito of Japan, 6, attended his kindergarten's graduation ceremony. Accompanied by his father Prince Akishino and mother Princess Kiko, the youngster arrived at Ochanomizu University, which is affiliated with the nursery, for his big day.
