    Prince William and his pregnant wife Kate Middleton, who is due to give birth any day now to the royal baby, are "a very strong team", according to Christine Hill, the antenatal guru who has helped prepare Kate during her pregnancy. The Duchess of Cambridge visited Christine, an experienced paediatric and obstetric physiotherapist, twice while she was pregnant, to seek words of advice and medical information. "Kate is a delightful girl," Christine told The Telegraph. "What you see is what you get."     King Albert II of Belgium has attended his last 'Te Deum' ceremony as the country's monarch. Albert II, who has chosen to abdicate on Sunday in favour of his son, undertook his last engagement as the country's king. Albert's wife, Queen Paola, wiped a tear from her eye as she sat in the Cathedral of St Michael and St Gudula.     Newly crowned King Philippe and Queen Mathilde of Belgium stepped out in front of their subjects for the first time as Belgium's monarchs. Waving to the crowds of well-wishers, Philippe and Mathilde were joined by their four children, Elisabeth, Gabriel, Emmanuel and Eléonore, to mark the historic occasion.
