    Prime Minister David Cameron will meet the Queen at Buckingham Palace on Monday, marking the official start of the election campaign.     Prince William has completed his first day of training at Bond Air Services as he prepares to start work as a pilot for the East Anglian Air Ambulance. The 32-year-old is undertaking extra job-specific training with the company before he begins his new job in the summer. Over the coming months William will undertake on the job training which involves time in a simulator, aircraft and testing in-flight skills before he begins piloting ambulance missions.
