    The Duchess of Cambridge, née Kate Middleton, is planning a low-key celebration in honour of Prince George's second birthday on Wednesday. The family will mark the occasion at Prince William and Kate's Norfolk home, Anmer Hall. While Kate has reportedly done most of the planning herself and will host the celebrations, it is not known if Prince William will be able to attend.     Prince George's dad Prince William recently told reporters that his son was "a little monkey" – and the toddler Prince's cheeky personality certainly shines through in the new official portrait released by Kensington Palace ahead of his 2nd birthday.
