After the ceremony, the couple and their guests enjoyed a themed drinks reception where a string quartet and celebrity magician provided the entertainment.
This was followed by a formal sit-down dinner along with speeches and the presentation of a Newcastle United football shirt to the couple. The shirt featured a number 10 on the back signifying the number of years they had been together.
Then it was on to the partying proper. The newlyweds first dance to Take That's Never Forget had everyone up on their feet joining in, while The Laughing Jacks jazz band kept them there for the remainder of the night.
With designer outfits and a two-part honeymoon to the Maldives and Dubai, the couple couldn't have asked for anything more.
