For the ceremony, the couple, along with family and friends, disembarked the ship to cheers and clapping from other passengers and made their way to Antigua's Darkwood Beach.
The beach is of particularly special significance for the couple. A place discovered by Danielle's parents many years back, it was where they both scattered Danielle's mother's ashes and where Simon also proposed.
After writing their names in the sand and adding another special memory to the beach, the small wedding party returned to the ship to the accompaniment of a Caribbean band playing the wedding march.
The whole ship celebrated their nuptials, with the couple receiving a standing ovation as they passed through the ship's dining rooms.
When they returned home they held another party to celebrate with family and friends who were not able to join them on the trip.
