HELLO! exclusive: Tania Bryer ties the knot in star-studded wedding

Television presenter Tania Bryer has exclusively shared her wedding day with HELLO! magazine.

The former weather girl married hedge fund manager Rod Barker in the countryside home of her mother Joy in a ceremony attended by Sarah, the Duchess of York, Elizabeth Hurley, Donna Air, Trinny Woodall, Kelly Hoppen and Lisa Snowdon.

"It was the most magical day, full of warmth and love," Tania told HELLO!. "Our friends have been amazing. They made us feel so special. We will never forget it."

Tania wore a silk column gown by Amanda Wakeley to marry her groom, who described his emotions when he saw his bride for the first time.

"The most special moment for me was when Tania appeared at the top of the aisle," says Rod, 51. "She is a beautiful woman anyway, but to see her in that dress, it was such a magical sight. When she walked down the aisle, I really felt I was the luckiest guy in the world."

In the interview, Tania explains how she and Rob now describe their blended family – they each have three children from previous marriages – as the 'Brady bunch'. It was the children who encourage the couple to first move in together five years into the relationship and they gave moving speeches on the wedding day.

"The girls said the most incredible things about us. We were taken aback by the emotion and genuine love they have for us and for each other. We were overwhelmed," says Tania. Speaking exclusively to HELLO!, Elizabeth Hurley, who attended with her son Damian, told of how happy she was to see her friend's joy.

"Tania is one of my favourite people and I couldn't be happier for her. Rod is a very special man and I’m so glad that they are married. Their wedding was beautiful and touching and it was such a pleasure to be a part of it. Tania looked beautiful and Rod looked like the happiest man on earth."
