What better way to feel like a real-life Disney princess on your wedding day than by saying 'I Do' in Walt Disney World?! Disney has been hosting fairytale weddings since 1991, but they're now available in more locations than ever, with packages to pay homage to your favourite Disney films and characters on your big day.

From Cinderella's Castle to the Small World mall, you can hold your wedding at any one of many jaw-dropping locations within various Disney parks and attractions, including Walt Disney World Florida, Disneyland California, Aulani Disney resort in Hawaii or the Disney Cruise Line. You can also get married at Disneyland Paris, which offers a number of different packages to suit all budgets and tastes.

Disney offers weddings at a number of its parks

Just like your own Fairy Godmother, the team at Disney will work to ensure every detail of your big day is perfect, providing all of the food and drink for your guests, along with a showstopping wedding cake to match your theme. However, as you might expect, it comes at a price! Packages cost anywhere from £27,920 (€32,000) for Disney's Newport Bay Club up to at least £48,000 (€55,000) to host your ceremony next to Sleeping Beauty Castle in Disneyland Paris.

You can also expect to pay a lot more to add extra special services to your package, including a ride in Cinderella's carriage or a special fireworks presentation for you and your guests. Your wedding ceremony time will also be dictated by park opening times, so if you want to get married in front of Cinderella's castle, you'll have an early start time of 9.30am to ensure the ceremony is finished by the time the park opens to the public.

Brides can arrive in Cinderella's carriage

Unfortunately, characters can't attend Disney wedding ceremonies, which puts any dreams of Mickey Mouse officiating your wedding out the window. However, for $1,300 you can book Mickey to dance with your guests at your reception for 30 minutes. Magical!
