When Georgia Horsley married McBusted's Danny Jones last year, the gorgeous model matched her floral lace wedding dress with an equally exquisite headpiece. Mrs Jones chose a piece by designer Rosie Willett, which was created especially for her and is now stocked in the jewellery maker's main collection.

Speaking exclusively to HELLO! Online, Rosie of Rosie Willett Designs has revealed her top tips on how to find the perfect headpiece, and what it was like working with the beautiful bride.

"It's important to look for a headpiece that complements your dress," said Rosie. "For example, you could consider matching the bead work or picking out a pattern in the lace or embroidery that can act as inspiration for a bespoke headpiece design."

"While many of my headpieces can be worn in a number of different ways, there are some that suit certain hairstyles better, so it's good to have a rough idea of how you will wear your hair before choosing a headpiece," she added.

Vintage styles, similar to Georgia's look, still remain popular among brides this year, as well as dainty headpieces.

"Delicate vines and bohemian forehead bands are the most sought after items," said Rosie. "My hair vines in general sell very well as they are so versatile. They can be worn on the forehead for a bohemian look or further back in the hair for a more classic style.

"But brides are increasingly looking for something different and becoming more experimental, with many wearing vines at the back of the head."

When it came to making Georgia's headpiece, Rosie showed the former Miss England winner a few of her designs and from there came up with a completely bespoke headpiece.

"Georgia had quite a strong idea of what she was looking for from the beginning," said Rosie. "She wanted a hair vine that could be worn across her forehead and she particularly wanted it to look very delicate with plenty of sparkle.

"I had a few hair vines in my collection that she picked out as her favourites and the design I created for her was inspired by these pieces but tailored to suit her requests."

After the celebrity wedding featured exclusively on the cover of HELLO! magazine, Rosie saw a spike in sales, with her best-selling headpiece being the 'Georgia' hair vine. Her other most popular designs are the Amaris, Lily and Carina 4.
