The sit down meal was held at the World Heritage site the Alhambra, situated in the heart of Granada. As well as being surrounded by beautiful Arabic architecture, the guests also enjoyed stunning views over the ancient city.
The big day had finally arrived! Lady Charlotte arrived in the small town of Illora by limousine and stepped out wearing the most beautiful Emilia Wickham gown. Accompanied by her father, the bride made her way into the church, followed by her flower girls and page boys.
Walking his little girl down the aisle, the Duke of Wellington, Charles Wellesley, looked overjoyed with pride. The 70-year-old linked arms with his daughter as they approached her waiting groom.
Inside the Church of Incarnation, situated in Illora's town center, a friend of the couple's grabbed a quick pic of the pair exchanging their vows.
After the ceremony, that was conducted in English and Spanish, the couple held hands as they walked up the aisle to cheers and applause from their guests.
Before leaving, the newlyweds gave one last look into the church. The happy couple were dutifully followed by their adorable page boys and flower girls.
Charlotte's sister-in-law, makeup artist Jemma Kidd, shared a collage of sweet photos from the special day. Jemma's three children Mae Madeleine, Arthur Darcy and Alfred, acted as page boys and a flower girl for the ceremony.
"Don't step on the veil, wish we could do it all again. @c_4_w #charlejandro," Jemma captioned this cute picture of her two-year-old son Alfred walking on Charlotte's long lace veil.
Following the nuptials, the new husband and wife and their wedding party traveled from the church to the Duke’s nearby 2,400-acre estate, for the reception.
Showing off her playful side, the new Mrs Santo Domingo pulled a funny pose as she mingled with friends and family at her wedding reception.
Inside the Spanish finca, the guests sat down for the wedding breakfast at two long dining tables. The Duchess of Cornwall and the former King of Spain, Juan Carlos were among the wedding attendees.
