Radiant Megan Fox makes first post-wedding appearance

Whether it was the honey dew tan, or the post-wedding glow, Megan Fox was looking nothing short of radiant as she attended her first red carpet event after tying the knot with Brian Austin Green in Hawaii.

The stunning brunette – whose wedding pictures appeared in last week's HELLO! - was a surprise presenter at the VH1 Do Something Awards in Los Angeles.

For the event she selected a dusky orange Azzedine Alaia dress and matching Brian Atwood heels. And there on her wedding finger for the world to see was her diamond engagement ring and wedding band.

Winners at the ceremony - which recognises the efforts of young people and celebs who lead the way in their field or do good work for causes and communities - included Twilight hunk Kellen Lutz.

The actor was called on stage - where he joined a pen full of dogs - to receive the Do Something for Animals award.

Meanwhile Joe Jonas picked up the Music Artist Award for his band Jonas Brothers.

And the evening's host Jane Lynch ended up taking home a trophy too. The actress – who plays Glee's Sue Sylvester – was flanked by her co stars Jessalyn Gilsig and Jayma Mays as they received the Do Something TV Show prize.
