First look: Robert Pattinson falls for Reese Witherspoon in 'Water for Elephants' Move over Bella Swan. Robert Pattinson only has eyes for one lucky lady in his latest film – and its none other than Reese Witherspoon.

The trailer for Robert's anticipated new film, Water for Elephants, has been released giving fans a sneak peek of what to expect in the drama – based on the novel by Sara Gruen of the same name.

The handsome 24-year-old stars in the 1930s-set movie as veterinary student Jacob who runs away to join the circus where he is tasked with caring for the animals.

While there he meets the violent head trainer August – played by Inglourious Basterds star Christoph Waltz and his wife, the beautiful Merlena, played by Reese.

Water for Elephants in released in the UK on April 22.
