Bieber-fever hits London as Justin arrives for UK premiere of 'Never Say Never'

There was only one name on the lips of hundreds of screaming girls on Wednesday night.

On arrival at the O2 centre in London for the premiere of his film Never Say Never, pop sensation Justin Bieber was greeted by hoardes of teenagers eager to catch a glimpse of their Canadian-born idol.

His cute pop songs depicting young love have earned him nearly £100 million, and at 16 he is the youngest singer to top the American Billboard Charts since Stevie Wonder in 1963.

Born in London, Ontario to devoutly Christian single mother Pattie Mallette, Justin first became popular as a 12-year-old, uploading videos of himself singing on Youtube.

Spotted by music executive Scooter Braun it wasn't long before the singer captured the attention of superstar Usher who soon signed him up to a record label.

Having already won a Brit award this week for Best International Breakthrough Act, Justin certainly has enough 'Beliebers' to ensure his film follows the same pattern of success that he's enjoyed.
