Although billed as a children's affair, it was the adults who let their hair down and took part in the shenanigans at the Nickelodeon Kids’ Choice Awards on Saturday.
The event, which honours the year's biggest television, movie, and music acts as voted by the TV channel's viewers, saw the industry’s leading names getting covered in the iconic green slime.
Leading the way was everyone’s favourite pirate Johnny Depp who grabbed a hose and doused the audience with the green stuff.
Slime aside however, the star-studded show was full of glamour and first-class entertainment.
Beauties such as Heidi Klum, Kim Kardashian and Paris Hilton led the red carpet parade as The Black Eyed Peas and Willow Smith took to the stage and wowed the crowd.
