Making his return to cricket after retiring earlier this year might have been nerve wracking.
But former Aussie captain Shane Warne had plenty of support to keep him going.
Fiancée Elizabeth Hurley, her son and his two daughters cheered on the 42-year-old from the stands as he took part in a match between Melbourne Stars and Sydney Thunder.
“Hoarse from shouting with his foghorn daughters and my equally yobby son,” Elizabeth wrote later on Twitter.
Shane was grateful for the encouragement: “@ElizabethHurley Thanks for your support and our children's I could hear you all yelling from the stands I think you're enjoying the cricket x,” he tweeted back.
Earlier, Elizabeth - who had never seen a cricket match before this summer - revealed she was getting into her husband's sport.
"I like cricket talk - as long as it's about who likes who and who eats what and who's dating who etc," she posted.
She also tweeted about some behind-the-scenes drama surrounding Shane's comeback.
"Oops..@warne888 not wearing his 23 shirt....think teenage daughter stole it. SW no 12 today....." she said.
Earlier this month the couple and their children were the picture of a happy family as a statue was unveiled in the cricketer’s honour.
