It looks like Kim Kardashian’s divorce proceedings are becoming more complicated. A lawyer representing her estranged husband Kris Humphries has summoned the reality TV star’s new boyfriend Kanye West to appear in court. The attorney sent a subpoena for the rapper to Kim’s house, according to website TMZ.
The reason for the summons has not been reported. But Kris may want to have questions answered about the nature of his estranged wife’s relationship with the singer in the run up to their wedding. Kanye wasn’t invited to the all-star nuptials – despite his 10-year friendship with Kim. And three months after the end of the couple's 72-day marriage the hip hop star began dating Kim.The NBS star’s attorney Marshall Waller has also revealed that he wants to put the brunette beauty’s reality show, Keeping Up with the Kardashians, on trial by sending subpoenas to Kim's mum Kris Jenner as well as the series’ producers. He is claiming that the marriage was a fraud and was solely to boost ratings. These new requests have set the divorce back even further, with the lawyer telling an LA judge during a hearing on Monday that it would be at least four months before they would be ready for trial.
