She's still a breathtaking beauty at 57. So it’s no surprise that Sharon Stone has bagged a younger, very handsome lover. The Basic Instinct actress and 27-year-old Argentine model Martin Mica made their debut as a couple at the amFar gala in Milan.

Sharon, who looked stunning in a low-cut black leather and lace Roberto Cavalli gown, looked delighted to be accompanied by her new squeeze. And the pair couldn't stop kissing and cuddling at their table. They met at a fashion party in April, and their whirlwind romance became public only a month later after they were seen kissing on Venice Beach. Sharon managed to attend the gala despite a health scare earlier in the day. She was taken to hospital after complaining of migraine symptoms following a romantic dinner with Martin. The actress, who suffered a brain aneurysm in 2001, revealed at the gala that she had been given the all clear. "I feel good and I’m happy to be here," she added.She joined a host of other famous faces at the black tie bash, including Beyonce's sister Solange Knowles and Colin Firth's wife Livia.
