Blue pop in on West End show for Children In Need

Boy band Blue wowed audiences at Thursday night's performance of Jersey Boys as they took to the stage for a unique collaboration with the cast. Singing Who Loves You, Duncan James, Simon Webb, Lee Ryan and Antony Costa were welcomed by cheering fans and loud applause.

The boys' friends and family were in the crowd supporting Blue's addition to the musical, which is inspired by 1960s rock and roll group The Four Seasons. Blue, who rose to fame following their 2001 single All Rise, were thrilled to join ex-S Club 7 singer Jon Lee who takes the show's lead role.

Their performance is part of Children in Need's POP Goes the Musical project, which see celebrities take part in unique curtain calls at the West End's best theatres. In September, X-Factor winner Alexandra Burke made an appearance at the world's longest running musical, Les Miserables. Spice girl Geri Halliwell is due to perform in Singin' in the Rain and the Michael Jackson inspired musical Thriller will receive star performances from Macy Gray and Stooshe.
