Miranda Kerr clears up confusion over Photoshopped Instagram image

Miranda Kerr has said that she "had no idea" a photo she posted of herself on Instagram had been photoshopped.

When the Australian model posted a 'Throwback Thursday' image from the Victoria's Secret 2012 show, fans quickly pointed out that Miranda's waist had been digitally made to look smaller in the new snap.

"Hi guys, here is the original VS image!" Wrote Miranda along with a copy of the unedited photo on Instagram. "When I re-posted the photo this week to support the girls I screen grabbed it off the internet when I was working in Japan.

"I had no idea it was photoshopped," she added, having deleted the photoshopped version from her account. "All good intentions - sorry for the confusion and congratulations to the girls for such a great show."

The photo that Miranda, who recently split from husband Orlando Bloom, posted on Thursday, which showed her with fellow models Doutzen Kroes and Alessandra Ambrosio, coincided with Victoria's Secret's 2013 show.

South-African beauty Candice Swanepoel stole the show as she took to the catwalk wearing the famous $10million Fantasy Bra, which Miranda wore in 2011.

Set in 18-carat gold and boasting 4,200 precious gems including a 52-carat pear-shaped ruby, the "Crown Jewels" bra shimmered and shone as Candice strutted her stuff.

Also taking part in this year's parade were longtime angels Alessandra, Adriana Lima and Lily Aldridge.
