As he continues to take steps towards rebuilding his life, Lamar Odom settled his DUI charge on Monday by agreeing to three years of probation.
An attorney for Khloé Kardashian's troubled husband appeared in court in California to enter a no-contest plea on his behalf.
Lamar has also agreed to attend a three-month alcohol-education program, and will pay $1,800 in fines and penalties.
The 34-year-old basketball star was arrested on a DUI charge back in August, when a California Patrol Officer pulled him over for driving "too slowly" and in a "serpentine manner".
After failing field sobriety tests and refusing to take a chemical test, Lamar was booked on a DUI charge. His license was automatically suspended under California law.
The CHP said at the time of his arrest that Lamar "showed signs of intoxication".
A former star of the Los Angeles Lakers, Lamar is now hoping to restart his professional career. He recently trained with the LA Clippers — the last team he played for — and has met with team officials in the hope of resigning.
