Rachel Riley and her former Strictly Come Dancing partner Pasha Kovalev confirmed rumours that they were secretly dating by going public with their romance on Saturday.Rachel and Pasha stepped out as a couple at London Fashion Week, where they supported Rachel's fellow Strictly alumnus, Julien MacDonald.The 28-year-old Countdown star sported a mini dress with capped sleeves, accessorising her look with a taupe clutch bag and nude-coloured heels while her Russian beau opted for a dark blue suit and suede navy loafers.
Reports that Essex-born Rachel and 34-year-old Pasha were an item began to circulate last week.A source close to maths wizz Rachel, who split from her husband Jamie Gilbert after just 16 months of marriage last year, claimed she was "head over heels" for the professional dancer."[Pasha] is really excited and has been telling friends he is in love and she could be the one," an insider told The Sun On Sunday. "They're very happy."
TV presenter Rachel is said to have developed an "emotional tie" with Pasha during her time on Strictly, but that the pair didn't get together until months after Rachel's marriage to businessman Jamie, whom she met at Oxford University, had fallen apart."They were definitely not an item at the time of the split," added the source.
