first shot to fame in 2002 when she became a member of Girls Aloud, a pop band created on the TV show, Popstars: The Rivals.
Alongside her band mates, Cheryl Fernandez-Versini
, Sarah Harding, Nadine Coyle
, and Nicola Roberts, Kimberley found herself part of Britain's biggest girl group since the Spice Girls.
Girls Aloud went on to have a string of twenty consecutive top ten singles in the UK

During the band's hiatus, Kimberley decided to try her hand, successfully, at presenting TV shows.
She hosted a TV music show and presented coverage of the BAFTA awards. She also starred in the big screen version of children's book series Horrid Henry,
and in 2012 made her West End debut in Shrek: The Musical.
The same year Kimberley took part in BBC's Strictly Come Dancing,
one of Saturday night's most popular shows. She was a runner-up that year
after partnering with Pasha Kovalev.
Kimberley has been dating Justin Scott for over ten years. In September 2014 the pair welcomed a baby boy
, named Bobby, and her former bandmates wasted no time in sending their congratulations, with Cheryl tweeting: "...he's perfect!" while Nicola Roberts added "I can't believe he's here".
In November, Kimberley announced on Twitter that her and Justin were engaged
, by simply posting a photo of her left hand adorned with a glittering yellow ring
