Purple rain! Watch Obama serenade a little boy dressed as Prince

President Obama sang Purple Rain to an adorable little boy dressed up as Prince, at his Halloween party on 31 October.

The cute moment was captured in a video on Instagram by the boy's uncle, Gary Williams Jr., and showed Mr Obama say to the youngster, "Hey Prince, what's going on man?" before breaking into song and handing him some sweets.

The doting uncle also shared some sweet snaps of his nephew, and the little boy's cousin, in full costume.

The party was held for students from schools in the local area, along with children from military families, with over 4,000 attending the event.

Back in July, Obama serenaded his daughter, Malia on her 18th birthday.

This wasn't the first time Obama has demonstrated his singing skills. Earlier this year, the proud father sang Happy Birthday to his eldest daughter Malia, who was celebrating her 18th birthday at his Fourth of July party. Ahh!
