The Liverpool footballer is more than aware of how lucky he is to be earning the big bucks in the Premier League and is not afraid to pay it forward.
Sometimes that's by taking the time to notice a ballboy and give him a present, or help clean up his local mosque after a game.

Other times that means donating £250,000 to build a school in his village Bambali in Senegal, contribute towards building a hospital and then popping along to see how his old village is getting along.
"I remember my sister was also born at home because there is no hospital in our village. It was a really, really sad situation for everyone. I wanted to build one to give people hope," he said.
