Kim Kardashian got a quintessential taste of England this week. The pregnant reality star treated herself to high tea on Wednesday, sipping tea and eating scones and jam at one of London's top hotels. It's thought the trio were dining in The Dorchester Hotel, a favourite of the US star.

"Ladies in London #TeaTime", Kim tweeted, adding "Tea time #sofancy," next to a picture of a pot of tea and a plate of jam-covered scones. Hours later, and Kim had transformed into a fierce leather ensemble to go and watch Beyonce perform at London's O2 Arena. Beyonce is the wife of rap megastar Jay-Z, who is close friends with Kim's boyfriend Kanye West. Much has been made of the two ladies' friendship in the past, with speculation that they have not become as close as their other halves would have liked.Regardless, Kim clearly had an amazing time at the concert. Taken from her front row position, she shared a close-up photo of the songstress, with the caption, "Oh hey B", and another taken with Beyonce's backstage crew.

Kim arrived in London straight from a whirlwind 24-hour visit to see her man Kanye in Paris, where he has been living and working for the last few months. The expectant brunette spent Tuesday shopping with the rapper in the French capital, hitting up a number of designer stores together, including Hermes, Lanvin and Givenchy. They then dined at the famous l'Avenue restaurant.

Kanye had reportedly sent a private jet to pick up Kim from Greece, where she had been enjoying a holiday with the Kardashian clan.

The famous family have spent the past few days island-hopping around the Aegean sea, visiting locations including Mykonos and Santorini.

Meanwhile, it has also been revealed that Kim does not want to receive baby gifts when she and Kanye, 35, welcome their first child in July. The couple have told friends not to send presents, and said that numerous baby registries that have appeared online are fake. Instead, they have asked well-wishers to send donations to the Lurie Children's Hospital in Chicago, where Kanye grew up, website TMZ reports.
