For some, winning an Oscar represents the peak of their acting career but not for Natalie Portman. In a new interview with the Hollywood Reporter, 33-year-old Natalie admitted that she isn't bothered about displaying the golden statuette – and she's even sure of its location."I don't know where it is," she simply told the magazine. "I think it's in the safe or something. I don't know. I haven't seen it in a while."

Natalie also revealed that her Jewish faith prompted her to realise that she didn't want to put her Oscar, which she won in 2011 for her portrayal of Nina Sayers in Black Swan, on show. "I was reading the story of Abraham to my child and talking about, like, not worshipping false idols," she said. "And this is literally like gold men. This is literally worshipping gold idols if you worship it. That's why it's not displayed on the wall. It's a false idol."Natalie isn't the only silver screen star who is somewhat hesitant about putting the coveted accolade on display.Shortly after her role in Silver Linings Playbook bagged her the 2013 Academy Award for Best Actress, Jennifer Lawrence admitted that having the prize at her home made her feel uncomfortable.

"My parents took it back to Kentucky," she told Access Hollywood. "I felt odd having it, like, on display in my house. If anybody's coming over to my house, I didn't want them to remember that. Just kind of puts a weird energy out. "Jennifer, 24, added that it was her mother Karen Lawrence who finally removed the statue. "My mum was like, 'I'm taking it. It shouldn't be here," she revealed. "And now it's on a piano in Kentucky!"
