Kate Hudson has been single ever since calling off her engagement to Matt Bellamy last December. However, it seems the gorgeous 36-year-old actress is now ready for some male company after she was spotted over the weekend with Nick Jonas.

The pair were seen giggling happily on rides at Disney World in Orlando, followed by a cosy brunch in Miami. Kate also turned up when the 23-year-old musician performed at the House of Blues in Orlando, where he sung his new single Levels.

It's not the first time the screen beauty has been seen in the audience at one of his concerts. On 9 September she joined a host of other celebrities at his gig in New York.

Kate has taken time out of filming Mother's Day with Jennifer Aniston to be with her new love interest. She recently shared some fun selfies from the set in Atlanta, Georgia with newlywed Jen.

The theme of the film will have special meaning for Kate since she has two children of her own – 11-year-old Ryder with ex-husband Chris Robinson and Bingham, four, with Muse frontman Matt.

While the actress enjoys herself with Nick, her ex-fiancé has also moved on with new girlfriend Elle Evans, 25. He was her plus one when her film movie coincidentally called Muse premiered at the Cannes Film Festival.

Matt has been linked to the young actress since February, but has stayed tight-lipped about their relationship. In the wake of his break up with Kate, the musician said it was for the best.

"Look. We had a great relationship, she's a lovely person, we're better off as friends," he told NME. "Definitely in the last few months I've been feeling much better. Actually, I've been feeling really good."

Matt and Kate separated after four years together, releasing a statement saying they remained "very close friends and committed co-parents". Since their split the pair have been spotted together along with their son Bingham on several occasions.

The musician doesn't often speak out about his personal life, however he did take to Twitter following the split to tell fans it was "for the best".

"Love all of you guys! We're both very happy, it's for the best. Thank you for your kind words. Now about that new album…" he wrote.
